After submitting an order, the customer has the option to use the payment gateway service, which will redirect them to their bank’s online banking system or a secure page for card payments. Once the transaction is completed, the gateway will send a confirmation to the e-shop, which can then ship the goods immediately upon receiving payment confirmation. Money transfers are processed through the bank accounts of ComGate Payments, a.s.
Sensitive input data entered into the online banking system is protected by the bank’s payment gateways and is not accessible to third parties. Payment processors only see transaction information that the bank shares with them regarding the completed transaction.
By concluding the purchase agreement, the buyer gives the seller consent to process their contact details until they provide written notice of disagreement with this processing. The contact details provided by the buyer during the order process are used solely for our purposes and will not be shared with other entities, except for payment processors.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 24 hours in advance – 100% cancellation fee
More than 24 hours in advance – 0% cancellation fee
The client can cancel the reservation via email at recepce@lannagym.cz. The money will be refunded to the user’s credit.
Informed Consent for the Processing of Personal Data and Data Subject Rights
In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the accuracy of the provided data is hereby confirmed, and as the legal representative, you voluntarily consent to the processing of the personal data listed below. The provider of the information system and technical infrastructure, Flexbook, s.r.o., in cases where they manage internal systems for the administration of personal data for internal administrative purposes.
The data controller stores and processes personal data primarily for the following purposes:
Name, surname, email, and phone number for the purpose of potential communication between the customer and the association, especially for marketing purposes, i.e., sending information about upcoming events and products, primarily via email.
The data controller and processor use only properly selected procedures for the processing, collection, and record-keeping of personal data, as well as sufficient physical and IT security measures to protect personal data.
The legal representative grants these consents for an indefinite period.
The customer has the right to:
- withdraw their consent at any time, either in writing via email to recepce@lannagym.cz or by post to the association’s address. The right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data does not apply to personal data processed in connection with membership in the association.
- access this information and the right to rectify or supplement personal data, including the right to know how and what data is being processed.
- request the correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal data.
